Enrolment Conditions

• Creative State reserves the right to refuse enrolment as permitted by law.
• Creative State reserves the right to request a participant to leave a workshop should they be disruptive or uncommitted to the workshop.
• Creative State guarantees a maximum of 16 participants in any workshop.
• Creative State will only accept full payments for workshops - no part payments.
• Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Participants must committ to attending the full week of the workshop, including the presentation of work on the final day.
• Participants must have previously attended workshops that lead to the workshop they are enrolling in
  Foundation  ->  Application  ->  Exploration.
• If participants incorrectly enrol in a workshop, the Cancellation Policy still applies.
• By enrolling in a Creative State workshop participants acknowledge that activities are physical and possibly involve the risk of accidents occurring.
• Should Creative State deem it necessary to call an ambulance, the cost will be incurred by the participant or their guardian/parent.
• Creative State may take and use photographs of workshop participants for promotional and archival purposes.
• Creative State may quote or publish participants' feedback or comments for promotional or archival purposes.
• Particpants must not photograph, record or video fellow participants or tutors without the written concent of Creative State.
• All material photographed, recorded or videoed always remains the copyright of Creative State.
• All material provided by Creative State for the purposes of the workshop remains the copyright of Creative State.
• Creative State reserves the right to use material and content containing adult issues/concepts.
• Creative State reserves the right to replace the advertised tutor or cancel the workshop at any time.

 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation once fees have been paid - Creative State will charge 12.5% cancellation fee or provide a credit to attend a workshop to the same value within 12 months of the cancellation date.
• Cancellation within 2 months of a workshop - Creative State will charge a 25% cancellation fee or provide a credit to attend a workshop to the same value within 12 months of the cancellation date.
• Cancellation within one month of a workshop - Creative State will charge 50% cancellation fee (a credit is no longer available).
• Cancellation within one week of a workshop - Creative State will charge 100% cancellation fee (a credit is no longer available).
