Creative State is the home of actor, writer, director, Paul Caesar.  Paul began acting in 1981 and is a graduate of Australia's prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art.  In addition to his career as an actor, writer and director, Paul has coached actors since 1994 and now teaches aspiring actors at the National Institute of Dramatic Art through its Open Program.
